Ergos Mind OPC PVT LTD built the Aawaz app as a Freemium app. This application (henceforth referred to as “service”, “app” & “application” interchangeably) is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, or for registering on our service, we may require you to provide us with certain potentially personally identifiable information, as well as anonymous intervention, including (but not limited to) Name, Phone Number, Employee ID (For Organizational Users), Email ID, Mood Metrics, Device Details, Location, Department (For Organizational Users), In-App Use & Inputs, General Demographic Information, Preferences you submit & more. To register for the service, you will also need to create a personal profile that involves a user name and password. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share personal information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to the user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us.
We may share Personal Information with another entity only if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Other information we collect is to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate the said Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the App. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of the aforementioned Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
In the event of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Sessions
As part of this application, there is a facility to book sessions with our Counsellors. Whatever is discussed in your sessions with the counsellor is confidential. The only circumstance in which confidentiality will be breached is to prevent harm to yourself or another individual when there is clear & imminent danger or an expressed intent of the same, or in the event of a legal mandate. Also, in order to provide you with the best quality care, we may seek Clinical Consultation for other mental health professionals. Here, after removing any identifying details prior to sharing, your counsellor may discuss certain details about the case & the treatment plan with them.
On cancellation of a session, it is the responsibility of the user to schedule another session.
Both, the client and counselor reserve the right to cancel a counseling session a maximum of two hours prior to the scheduled session.
Children’s Privacy
If you are a minor in the jurisdiction you reside, you require the consent of your parent or guardian to use this service.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Ergos Mind reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes would be effective immediately after they are posted.
